We’re aware of an issue occurring where players are becoming stuck on a while screen at the start of the game or cannot press the interface buttons at startup.
The team are investigating this internally but we’ve found that this issue is occurring primarily to Windows N and KN users.
If you install the VP9 Video Extensions via the Windows app and reboot, the game should play the videos correctly for you.
