If you encounter a crash while playing Lord of the Rings: Return to Moria, we strongly suggest sending the report through the Crash Reporter that shows up after the game exits unexpectedly.
It will look like this and send all the necessary information to the development team investigating crashes. Ensure you include the details about what happened, and click on "Include log files with submission".

Disable your anti-virus/Windows Defender
Add Return to Moria as an exception to your anti-virus software (Add an exclusion to Windows Defender: https://shorturl.at/moBCP)
