Please include as much info as possible about your setup and confirm you are self-hosting the dedicated server.


Do not use the ticket system if you are having issues with a hosted server. Contact your provider first.


All issues and information reported is greatly appreciated and can help the team to investigate issues and improve the Dedicated Server experience for players.


We have a discord community of very knowledgeable folks. You can join here and ask in the DS_Chat if you are having any issues. Please be aware the folks in there are players, just like you, and are not there to solve your issues, but usually very willing to help!
